Life inside God's heart

My Abba, my Father, oh how I need you, Father. Take me in your arms, bath me in your grace, soak me in your tenderness and affection. You only satisfy. You only fill the holes and brokenness in my heart. Put me in your heart and keep me there, you made a room for me there, let me drink while I am inside staying like a foetus, let me drink from your spirit, from your river of love, of fatherhood. I want you Lord, I am so desperate and thirsty for your touch – just one touch like the woman with the issue of blood I want to experience that touch, that power that comes out of you and complete me, fill all my needs and make me whole. Make my heart whole, whole being restored.

Come Abba, lavish me with your compassion, look at me and speak to me through your compassionate eyes, breath on me, you are my life, you give me life. You carry me in your heart like a mother carries her baby in her womb. Inside your heart, I can listen to your voice, exactly like the baby can hear the voice of his mother inside the womb. You nourish me with your liquid of love like the mother feeds her baby from her breast. You hold me and admire me, you worry about me, you watch over me. You are the perfect father, and mother, you delight in me and you are proud of me, you are pleased with me. I never want to leave your heart, I want this umbilical cord to stay tight up forever, because without you, I can do nothing, without you, I cannot breathe. Inside your heart, I can exhale and inhale, I can BREATHE. You make me safe.  Because, all things are in subjection under your feet and nothing is left that is not under you! You wrap around me and cover over me. You make me warm and overshadow me with your Spirit. You are my hiding place.

Bring the impossible to Jesus!

Matthew 17:14:21

14 And when they had come to the multitude
It is beautiful to see people waiting for Jesus, the desire of all nations, a great crowd gathered, just waiting with great hopes, thirst and hunger to see and hear Jesus.
a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying, 15 Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.
The man, desperately and earnestly kneeling down to Jesus, seeking His mercy, knowing He is merciful and will deliver his son. Demon was not only tormenting the boy’s spirit but also his body causing him to throw himself in the water (would say dirty water, or big unclean puddles) and in the fire (it was common to have fire outside, for cooking and other purposes).
16 So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him.”
The disciples failed to express and demonstrate faith, it is not about the ABC steps on deliverance or healing, it is about having a mustard seed level faith, not even a humongous one, just a tiny level. The anointing is there, it has been given to the disciples when Jesus gave them the great commission. It is given to us!
But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. 1John2:20
This anointing remains within us, it abides in us. But without faith, it will not be activated.
I believe that the disciples instead of keeping on praying and persisting, they were dragged to their failure of not being able to cast out the demon.
17 Then Jesus answered and said, “O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you?
Jesus was not only disappointed saying this, he was longing to see a stronger faith. He surely had compassion because He wants to fulfill the man’s request, who did not really have any better faith than the disciples. Jesus saying this, was not to point out any failure or blame but saying it with grace and mercy in order to strengthen the faith of the man, the disciples and the crowd.

Bring him here to Me.

Jesus is the wonderful healer, He IS the great physician. This sentence is amazing and full of love and desire coming out from the heart of Jesus to deliver and heal this boy. The best practical application we should do, is to bring the desperate situations to Jesus. He is able to heal body, mind and soul.
The disciples tried to help him but couldn't. The devil showed out through the boy right in front of Jesus, but Jesus looked beyond his attitude. He got to the root of the problem, cast the demon out and set that child free. Jesus didn't just shake His head and say, "That child is just too bad. He can't come to me with all that going on. Jesus loved the child and did not allow the boy's behavior to distract Him from what really mattered, the child's life.
He demonstrated mercy and compassion.
18 And Jesus rebuked(confronts and challenges the demon) the demon(demons were thought to cause mental problems, physical illnesses, natural disasters), and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour.
19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”
The disciples must have been embarrassed that they failed, knowing that they have been empowered by Jesus to heal the sick and cast out demons. The good thing here is that they were honest with Jesus, and opened their hearts to Him. I believe this followed a repentence as well knowing that they were relying on the power they have received, looking at past success which brought them to a faithless platform.
We have to understand that faith will lead us into persistence, and we are called to resist the devil and he will flee from us.James 4:7. Resist the devil and not let the devil resist us, like in this boy’s case. The demon was resisting and the disciples had to persevere and resist which means actively fight against. And the result is guaranteed because that’s what the Spirit says, it will simply flee!
We are not to trust ourselves But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead. 2Cor 1:9
The disciples have relied on, their previous successes, their ability to carry out the will of God without constantly relying on God for strength.
20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
Jesus speaking about the faith level here, pointing out two things: Faith and mustard seed.
The faith, He is asking us here is Faith in HIM and only Him. Not in our skills, not in what we know, or do. When He speaks about faith, he speaks about persistence, to never lose heart.
The mustard seed is mentioned for the quality of faith not the quantity. It is good to know that the seed is usually about 1 to 2 millimeters in diameter!
Jesus is not asking us the impossible, He wants the impossible be possible for us. He wants the impossible never be an obstacle to us. He is giving us a promise here by asking us to have faith in Him. Ps 97:5 Because mountains melt like wax before the Lord. Nothing is impossible for Him, nothing can oppose Him.
21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
How graceful is God to promise us such thing! However, this promise is conditional: persistence in prayer and fasting.
Prayer and fasting will allow humility and understanding in choosing to rest in Jesus, seeking God’s will and depend on Him completely.

Bring the impossible to Jesus!

He IS the wonderful Healer

Mark 5:25-34 KJV
26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
This healing story shows not only a physical healing miracle but also an inner healing, a complete restoration physically and emotionally.
The woman desperately wanted to put an end for her suffering. The physicians lost all hope in her. She was hopeless as well, to the point that she spent all that she had, all her money, and I can imagine that she probably had to sell her belongings. Nothing was working for her, she did all what she could, she was drained emotionally and physically.
She was full of shame, she was unclean because according to the laws of the Old Testament (Leviticus 15:27), a person with an issue of blood is to remain unclean. People all around her, knew she was like this, she wouldn’t go to the synagogue. She was labeled with being unclean.
She was rejected! She was wounded. If this woman was married, I can imagine, she went through a divorce because with her disease it made her infertile, she would be a burden on her husband and make him as well unclean. She was truly suffering emotionally and physically. She was oppressed and struggling.
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
But she heard of Jesus! The woman had confidence and trust in Jesus, that he would restore her health.
With this bleeding she had, she was eventually extremely weak, no power, but insisted to press in and press on, to go against the evil power of this disease and weakness and squeeze herself in the crowd, maybe getting stepped on, but pressing harder to reach the end of the hem of Jesus where it is just enough to heal her. Just one touch!
30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
Power is available and has to be taken.
28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
She said that if only she can touch the hem of his garment she will be made whole. I believe she kept repeating this over and over in her heart, I believe also this what was giving her power to keep going and pushing until she reached Him. She was insisting, persevering, believing! To the point that she broke all the laws, because according to the OT, she would have been restricted from touching people in public.  But she was not intimated by the crowd, where the Spirit of the lord is there is freedom. 2Cor3:17
She forced her way, and reached out to Him!  with this amazing and courageous act of faith, her 12 years of suffering ended at that moment.
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve yearsNumber 12: symbolize God’s power and authority.
Col 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. Jesus destroyed the forces and abilities of the devil and disarmed them. Stripped off his power, disarmed from having any authority.
The LORD lifts up those who are bowed down. Ps 146:8
At that time, she was given rest from her suffering and fear. Isaiah 14:3
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee wholego in peace, and be whole of thy plague (Be healed, free, permanently from your suffering).
At the beginning, she first pressed in the crowd behind Jesus, once she touched Him, she came before Him! How beautiful is this to be able to stand before the Lord blameless and all victorious!
With the extended loving-kindness of Jesus, His mercy and grace, He showed her care, He saved her from her affliction, He restored her social standing, He covered her shame and embarrassing condition. He lifted up her head above her enemies. Psalm 27:6, when He called her DAUGHTER! He expressed love to her publicly!
34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
He spoke peace (Shalom) over her which means wholeness, completeness, prosperity (which means that even if she became poor financially, he spoke prosperity over her).
He spoke salvation over her  “Whole,” sozo = redeemed. A complete healing for her body, mind and soul.
Jesus is always available, in every situation, He is there for you. He wants to heal you, to restore your soul, to reassure you, to express love and care for you, to save you and redeem you, to clothe you with His Spirit and power. He doesn’t want you to wait another 12 years. He wants that you experience immediately salvation, healing, restoration, redemption, peace and joy!
He is the wonderful healer.

What is the type of ground you are standing on?

Are you surrendering completely to the Lord? Are you truly living a complete obedience to His Word?
If the Lord speaks to you audibly right now, are you willing to listen to Him? To listen to Him means you are willing to obey, to surrender. It means you FULLY trust in His faithfulness, in His provision, in His will.

But how can you obey the Lord and know His will if you do not have a relationship with Him and abiding in His word? If there is no ground you are standing on? It is not a duty to do to just read His word and marked it as done on your todo list. It is about a deep intimate relationship with the Desire of the nations, with the Almighty, with the King of kings, with your friend, with your tender Father, with the Spirit of God. It is a lifestyle that becomes a true desire to go deeper into His love because of who HE IS. Not because of what I need like a job, higher position, bigger house, or fancy trips or an earthly lifestyle that will never bring you a true joy or peace.

Isaiah 26:3
You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on  You, Because he trusts in You.

If you keep your mind focused on Him, you will not just have peace but A PERFECT one. The ultimate peace

If you do not have perfect peace, it means you are focused on your own life and the nature of God, it means you ignore the nature of God and lack knowledge of Him, your relationship with Him is either non-existent or you do not have the proper understanding of God.

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God 2Peter:1:2

What are you on standing today? What is the type of ground you are standing on?
Surrender to the Lord now, give Him your all, He is worthy! Let Him come into you life, invite Him into your heart, He will take you where you can never go on your own. He will show you the true life. He will show you His glory.
He only satisfies.

Obeying the Lord not out of fear, not to earn extra points or favor but out of love, out of trust that He is the Lord of all. Out of desire to live for Him and with Him.

From the book of John:

1-    Water Turned to wine.

“And they filled them up to the brim” John 2:7
Surrendering to God and do what we hear from Him, do it in complete obedience, exceeding beyond what we’re asked, not out of performance but out of love, of honoring God, of giving glory to the King of Kings. Do it without hesitation, with all your being.

2-    A noble man’s son healed.
Faith with obedience brings healing
“So the man believed the word that Jesus spoke, and he went his way.” John 4:50 –
The noble man believed in the word spoken by Jesus, a word full of authority. He obeyed because he believed in whom He went to, asking for healing.

3-    A man healed at the pool of Bethesda

“Rise, take up your bed and walk”
The man heard it, obeyed and while rising up, with this attempt of getting up, that’s when he instantly was healed.

4-    Feeding the five thousand.

Philip was put in a test of obedience. And if we were asked the same question Jesus asked Philip, what was going to be our answer? Will it be an answer that rely on God or ourselves?  The reason of this test is: Success, it is not to put down. I would say that the outcome of obedience, is success and fruits. It is as well experiencing the glory of God.

5-    A man born blind receives sight.
It doesn’t have to make sense. Just listen, obey and act.
if it’s logical, it doesn’t have faith.

6-    Resurrection of Lazarus.

Jesus was about to perform one of the most amazing miracles, raise a dead person from the dead, restore his organs, breath life again into him.
And Jesus says: ‘Take away the stone”, so we might be partakers of the divine nature! 2Peter1:4
What a mighty and glorious God we serve.

7-    The miraculous catch of fish.
He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, because of the quantity of fish. John 21:6-7
Jesus gave them a promise, he just told them to throw the net on the other site, and it is guaranteed they will catch so many fish.
With no arguments, the disciples just obeyed the Lord. The result of this obedience was catching so many fish that could not fit the net. It is important to be obedient to Him, to be fruitful.

In verse 7: That disciple whom Jesus loved therefore said to Peter, “It is the Lord!”
The glory of God is always revealed through His work, the human heart cannot deny the presence of God in such situations. I feel when the disciple said this to Peter he was in an extreme joy, and relief! Their master is here, with them! I can see their eyes wide open and their hearts beating and jumping because He was there, with them, supplying their needs. The eyes went from the miraculous catch of the fish to the performer of miracle.

To Him, be the glory forever.
